HOLIDAY THANK YOU
On behalf of Cyndi and myself, as well as all the Witter Wildlife Refuge patients and Foster babies we have had the pleasure to work with this past year, we wish to thank our readers for your support and wish you the happiest of Holidays.
The kindness of people alerting us to wildlife emergenies has helped us to save numerous animals against the odds fate dealt them. In cases beyond our ability to cure they passed peacefully in a loving and warm environment without suffering the torment of the elements or starvation.
As you know everything we do is on a volunteer basis and all of our medical supplies, food and housing is paid for out of our pocket or with the contributions of wonderful friends. To all of you who contribued money, supplies and time you have helped us to help more wildlife orphans and patients this past year than ever before.
We have cared for Beaver, screech owls, barred owls, great horned owls, bobcats, mature deer, baby fawns, opossums, raccoons, rabbits, fox squirrels, gray squirrels, hawks, falcons, gray foxes, red fox, coyotes, Great Blue Heron, Kesteral Falcoln, chipmunks, turtles, wrens, cardinals, crows, mockingbird, Fly Catchers, Blue Jay, Robins and of course the resident wolf pack.
